We ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations, subject to availability and any shipping restrictions. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your rights depend on the reason for the return. • Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Products: If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For these returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost. For health and safety reasons, some products (such as opened consumables) cannot be returned for change of mind. • How to Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team.
